At Blinknapo, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, this Refund and Returns Policy explains how you can return or exchange products, as well as the steps for receiving a refund.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- The item must not have been worn or altered in any way.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us at info@blinknapo.com or call (718) 463-3515 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: After you request the return, our customer service team will send you detailed instructions and the RAN to include with your return.
Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Clearly label the return package with the provided RAN.
Return Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be processed once the returned product has been received. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement item. If the replacement is of a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at info@blinknapo.com or call (718) 463-3515. We will assist you in processing the return and provide a replacement, if necessary. You may be required to submit photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Sale and Discounted Items
Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased using discount codes may be subject to different return policies. Please reach out to our customer service team to confirm eligibility for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Underwear and intimate wear
- Gift cards
- Personalized/customized products
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs
If your order was shipped via a standard delivery method, shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
International Returns
For international orders, please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and customs fees may apply. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
